TheOhio Association of Medical Staff Serviceswill be hosting aFall Forumon Friday, November 4, 2016 at Embassy Suites in Columbus, Ohio.

Darlene Evans, MSN, RN, CPHQ, Principal, Compass Clinical Consulting, will be presenting “Medical Staff CoPs: Beyond Credentialing, Privileging, & Peer Review,” a talk about Medical Staff Conditions of Participation, with a specific focus on identifying Condition-level findings, tips to meet documentation requirements that are especially challenging to members of the medical staff, comparing the CMS compliance scoring method to that of theTJC SAFER matrix, and the effects of CMS’ proposed changes and requirements.

In attendance at the forum will be: Medical Staff Service Professionals, Provider Credentialing Specialists, Managed Care Administrators, Medical Staff Leaders, Quality Improvement Professionals, Healthcare Administrators and Consultants.
